Our Mind Gardening Club is a range of Personal Development Workshops where our Life Coach uses gardening as an analogy. We give insight, systems and tools that help you cultivate change to start building a life and mindset by design.
The Workshops can be carried out in any order although we suggest you go Mind-Align-Move as the growth is easier and more enjoyable with a good mind and fully aligned to your true self.
